Shipping policy

Custom orders are processed within 14 business days (excluding holidays, weekends) once order is received. Orders are shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days after processing.  You will receive an email notification with tracking information, so please provide a valid email address.  We are not responsible for any orders once it is in the possession of USPS.  We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once it has been delivered to the address listed.

OUR business days are Tuesday-Friday

We do NOT ship on Saturdays
